Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. „This little cottage was very quaint, perfect for a quick girl's getaway. Situated in close walking distance to Lighthouse Beach, small shops and places to eat. I much rather prefer little places like this, that have all the basics of a low key but enjoyable area. It was just what we needed to enjoy all Sanibel has to offer.“

„This is the perfect spot for two people. The hotel was ideally located next to a small shopping center with a restaurant, beach goods shop, and ice cream parlor...and just 5 minute walk from the beach! It was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a long-weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!“

„Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. „This little cottage was so cute. It was perfect for us. Very clean, the sheets, blankets and towels looked clean and white. We would def stay here again. Just a warning to other guest... i walked out barefoot on the steps with wet bathing suit and steps were slippery and fell very very hard. Im very lucky i didnt break some ribs and my elbow because of how i landed. No fault of anyones. But be sure to wear shoes and hold on to railing. I was very lucky. That could of ruined my vacation and ...
