Guest across the hall had a dog that was barking until/after 12:30 am. I grudingly went to front desk for help & he said I would nedd to figure out what room it was coming from because he couldn't leave the desk. Woo, ok. 2 minutes after I walk away the clerk is walkjng down the hallway, looking for the room. He supposedly called the rolm but the barking continued. He offered to have ME move rooms, however, there waa not a comparable room available. Rather than deal with the barking dog, he offered me to move to a lesser room? Awful experience, I will never stay at this hotel again.
