Not only is the property beautiful but it is incredibly welcoming. Checking in was a breeze. I have a service dog and a vehicle that does not fit in the parking garage, accommodations were a breeze. The dining experience was absolute perfection. All of the thoughtful details are here.

I understand why you charged $800 per night for the eclipse but when I tried to get a table for drinks in your restaurant at 8:30pm on Monday (so many empty tables were available) I was told they were being held for any walk-ins for dinner. So a random person from the area was getting preference over the person who paid $800 for one night. I will never stay here again. Unbelievable!

Great location nearby water. Accessible to any attraction areas. Safe community. Need a walk way between the inside the building and roofing garage parking. The eating area on the eighth floor needs more space. Just like open concept. Not congested. A shop is needed on the main floor. The local events board annoucement for the guest to check out and partnership with your communities for conference and training purpose. More food menu items for room servicce.. Building more ship dock for east side of the building. Invite more boaters especially coast guard or other enforement units to stay in the hotel and provide and promote alive bands and boat shows, fire works and soforth.

Overall just disappointed for over $250 for a room. Trying to find food, lack luster for most of the stay. Our check in was our best experience as the young lady was outstanding and the overnight attendant great as well Just was not worth the $250 stay

The hotel was under construction and this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process!!! Noise and dust everywhere!! The staff told us that Bonvoy (or whatever their umbrella organization is) told the hotel NOT TO indicate anywhere about the construction. Very disappointing!!

Arriving at this property there was no dining area available. There was no mention of construction prior to reservation. Was woken up at 830 am with the entire room shaking when I called down to the desk to ask for a working iron board I told the front desk clerk about the noise and she told me that there was work on the third floor, I was on the 5th and felt like it was in my room. She did apologize, but it was totally unacceptable. I want to be compensated for this. I traveled from Boston to Cleveland to Erie for a wedding. I was only there for 1 night and it was not to my expectations. I would have stayed at a different hotel had I known.

Renovations were in progress. The hotel restaurant and bar were closed. The room was okay, the windows and heating unit were dirty. Charged an extra $15 to use their parking garage with no other parking available. The shower floor looked dirty as if wasn’t cleaned or rinsed well. Definitely overpriced for the condition and lack of in house amenities as advertised (bar and restaurant) that were closed. The extra expense of the unattached parking garage is just greedy and unnecessary. The view would have been nice if the windows were clean.

The room was excellent, but our check in process was not great. I had booked a double queen room and upon arrival, they sent us to a king room. When I returned to the front desk, they said they didn’t have a double queen room and could get use a roll away bed for the king room. I explained that this was unacceptable. We had just driven 3.5 hours, it was late, and we had to get up early for my child’s athletic competition. They then magically found a double queen room. I am not sure how you can book a room, but they don’t actually hold the room. I am thankful they rectified the situation, but it shouldn’t take a rise in my blood pressure to do so.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Lake view is beautiful, property is renovated, comfy bed, beautiful shower. Staff is very nice and attentive. Stephanie thank you! The only negative for me was the loud noice coming from the bathroom vent, it woke me up couple of times during the night. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The Sheraton’s currently undergoing refurbishment and the restaurant’s closed, but we were given a room upgrade to lake view and free parking. Newly refurbished room was fabulous! We walked via the sky bridge (all indoors) to the Marriott next door for supper. Apart from the inconvenience of no restaurant we had a great stay.

Super helpful staff, almost flawless stay
This was my third stay at this property. The staff is always lovely and the rooms are comfortable and super clean. Two small complaints—the lampshade on the desk was missing a part so the lampshade was crooked and unsteady. It would be so simple to fix and made the room feel a little shoddy. Second, we ordered room service—the food was excellent but came in plastic to-go containers. It would have been much more pleasant to eat on real plates with silverware rather than plastic utensils. Plus my flatbread pizza was stacked in the container so it got mushy by the time I was done eating it. There was a big banquet going on at the same time that we ordered room service so maybe they ran out of place settings. All of that said the staff here is always so friendly and helpful and I enjoy staying here. Solid 4.5 stars rounded down because of those two small issues.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Checkin was efficient and front desk was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Room service was quick and food was delivered fresh/hot. View of marina was lovely as was the sunrise each morning.
