There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a brisk walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. WITH CAUTION: This property sits 60’ above Lake Erie. While it makes for incredible views, visitors must be aware that there is no fence or railing along the bluff. Children should not be left unattended in back yard.



MAX GUESTS: This home is equipped to serve 6 guests comfortably. Parking for 2 vehicles at the house.

HOUSE RULES: Please count all visitors at time of booking. Guest must reserve with accurate count of people in their group. NO additional visitors permitted on property- whether staying or not. Hosts and staff live nearby.

Please respect the neighborhood and practice quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No smoking, vaping, pets or illegal activity - $500 fee.
