Hotel is new and really clean. Staff is amazing! Room was comfortable and decent size. Very clean. Breakfast has a lot of options. Coffee, tea and juices are available 24/7 at the lounge. Lounge is quiet and spacious. Hotel is located a few minites from i90 and on 290. Just 15min from Erie and 20min from Presque Isle. We will definitelly chose this hotel for a future Erie trip.

Room had an Odor. We were very Disappointed about the Jetted Tub, which was very small. Usually in most Hotels they have jetted tubs large enough for a couple. My Husband stay in the tub 5 mins, due to being very comfortable. Breadfast was very limited. We would never stay at this Hotel again.

Decent property with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and decent breakfast. But boy were the prices gouged during the eclipse. I was there for another event and had to suck it up. Property not worth the price they charged, but I needed a bed!

Cobblestone HarborCreek is my go to hotel when I’m in Erie. It is a smaller hotel but, checks all the boxes for me. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and located close to my office. Kiona at the front desk greets everyone with a bright smile and is always willing to help out in any way to make sure your stay meets your expectations. All of the staff are professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.

excellent price, nice hotel and very friendly staff. bed was very comfortable. lots of tv channels. pool onsite. the treadmill did not work but was told they would look into fixing it. no sidewalks in the area. was very quiet. would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel, have been there before. Very comfortable beds, clean suites, good breakfast and even a licensed lounge. Front desk service could have been better. Girl took a phone call instead of serving us and proceeded to help the caller for over 5 minutes while keeping us waiting. She should have put the caller on hold, were apparently trying to book something for next month and she ended won’t being able to help them anyway. She should have assisted us checking in before someone calling in. Morning staff was very helpful at breakfast

We just need a one-night stay hotel and this was a very nice choice. The person who helped me at check-in was very friendly & nice, and later helped with restaurant recommendations for dinner. Room was very clean and quiet, and breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Would recommend this place for short stays.

We only need a one-night stay somewhere near the highway, so this worked out really well. Very nice property and the room was clean & quiet. Only "minus" would be the breakfast buffet was quite small. But would still recommend place for short stays. : )

This facility has no elevator. My sister and I traveled together and we are both in our 70's with back problems. It was difficult for us to carry our luggage, purses, coats, etc. up the two flights of stairs to our room. There was only one chair in the room for the two of us. Another sister of ours stayed down the hall, and her chair was broken and the mesh backing was ripped. There was no shampoo in our room. When we went for breakfast, there were only 4 forks left. The next morning for breakfast, there were NO forks left and we were told "we ran out of them." We used coffee stir sticks to butter our toast. This facility does not recycle: no separate containers for recyclables. HOWEVER: the beds were very comfortable and the facility is quiet.

Unfortunately our inventory was delayed leading to our property running out of some items however we do understand how inconvenient that can be. We did not have anymore ground level floors available for the duration of your stay and there was no request for a ground level floor at the time of booking. It is advertised online that the hotel does not have an elevator to the upper floor. We recommend guests calling ahead to the property and placing a special requests if need be. We hope you'll come around to stay again.

This hotel perfectly met our needs. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to make us feel at home. We used the gathering space a couple of evenings and enjoyed the quick breakfasts provided. The one negative is that our room smelled a bit "stale" . . . I don't know if it was a previous smoker or a pet . . . but some Fabreeze and fresh sheets on the bed made all the difference. We would definitely stay here again!
