„My mother travels in this area frequently and I book her rooms for her. She has stayed at Glo Best Western in Lexington several times and always has good things to say. For myself, I can’t say enough good about the staff. At one point in her stay, I couldn’t get ahold of my mother and so I called the staff asking for them to look in on her to make sure she was alright. They did so gladly and promptly. Hard to find service like that these days!“

„The romantic cottage was just what we needed. Only thing we could possibly say we didn’t like was the entrance to the property off of the road. It was pretty tight, but thankfully it’s not too busy and we never had any issues with people coming or going at the same time that we were.“

We asked for daily room housekeeping which is no longer industry standard. They accommodated our request which we truly appreciated as we had two handicapped elderly people with two additional elderly people. They were compassionate and respectful. We would definitely use them again if we ever needed to be in Kentucky again. “
