„The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! Hosts were friendly and answered any queries we had very quickly! Had such a great time that we're already looking to book again next year! A definite 10/10!“

„We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. It was perfectly set out giving 4 generations their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge space was brilliant. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. The host was lovely and always available by email if you needed anything.“

„Beautiful place to spend Christmas. Serene, with the waves crashing below. It felt very christmassy especially with the tasteful decorations that had been arranged at the property. It has a very well stocked kitchen, is very comfortable and clean – it’s just the perfect to hang out and cook. Lovely walks close by and a shortish stroll in to Salcombe. I have been here a few times previously and hope to come many times more…“

„Wir haben ein sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr einsam, so dass wir für Unternehmungen immer das Auto benutzen. Das war uns aber vorher bekannt, daher kein Problem. Zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit und das nächste Pub war genau eine Meile entfernt. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Süd-England und wir werden sicher noch einmal ...

„Lovely spacious barn conversion in a quiet rural location within easy reach of beaches and eateries. The only downside was that all bedrooms are accessed by stairs which was a struggle but manageable for my elderly father. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would very much recommend.“

My family enjoys walking, and the house is perfectly situated for a beautiful walk into Dartmouth in one direction, and a stroll to the Green Dragon pub in Stoke Fleming in the other direction.“

„Six of us stayed at Sunnybrook, for 3 nights.There was ample of space for us all, kitchen amenities had everything you can think of. Could not access the online guest book, there was a hard copy at property but not sure if we missed any info such as how to work the oven but we managed it. We really enjoyed our stay and was blessed with good weather so that we could sit and enjoy the garden. Didn’t need to contact host however bumped into someone when we arrived. „What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .“

"Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Haus ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings war es sehr warm im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage. Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Kein Ventilator. "
