„Fabulous house ,photos don't do it justice,suitable for all ages,vast array of amenities,pool and hot tub well used and enjoyed BBQ outside ,take a hairdryer with you tho as only thing I couldn't find .would highly recommend,seems expensive but not for you have , communication with booking site and hosts was excellent too , perfect location but be aware satnav takes you slightly off ,we missed the driveway twice lol ,we as a large party will definitely go back .“

„We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The interior design was fabulous with its quirky collections of toys and Art Deco touches. The slightly ‘faded glory’ only added to the appeal for us. Our group was six adults (the two of us plus our adult children with partners) and the property appealed due to the three large double bedrooms. „A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. “

„The house is very spectacular with a perfect riverside/estuarial position. We were able to walk across the bridge to Teignmouth where trains can be accessed for local and long- distance journeys and go for walks in the nearby woods. A few pubs and shops, chippy and bakery in the village so no need to drive to get basic provisions. Well recommended for a peaceful break with lovely views and fresh air. “

„Beautiful modern house with excellent views and location. Loved the funky decor with Mexican twists and ercol furniture. My only complaint was there are no curtains. While the views into the Dart are just stunning - I do like a dark room at night and found it difficult to sleep without being able to block out the lights coming in. Otherwise we all loved it - plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax.“

"This hotel has to run a lot of renovations. Paint get’s off the wall on the outside everywhere and pigeons’ dirt at all windows. They also stay there the whole night. We had a room just next to the kitchen’s air conditioning. What a noise. Gym equipment very outdated and partially broken and unusable. Never seen shower curtains in hotels for years - but here you will find them unfortunately. And mold around the small window of the bathroom, where you also can talk to the pigeons whilst sitting in the loo. My tip - bypass this hotel. "
