Your home away from home features three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bath, designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite is a serene retreat with a private bathroom, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms offer plenty of space for family or friends, both featuring a king bed and a 55in TV. They are separated by a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other noteworthy items:
- No smoking inside the house; use ashtrays outside
- No parties or events; no loud music to be played outside after 10 pm
- While we love your furry friends, we have decided, for the comfort of all guests, that no pets are allowed.
- The backyard is fenced in. The pool itself does not have a safety fence around it. No running around the pool area. No diving! Use the pool at your own risk. Always monitor children.

Grove City is very easy to get around by car or bike. The neighborhood is very walkable, and you can take your boat to many waterfront restaurants.
