Spread out across four bedrooms — three king suites, and a kids' room with two full twin size bunk beds with pull-out trundles (each bunk sleeps 5: two per level plus the trundle) plus a daybed that pulls out into a queen and sleeps two — with two sofa beds in the living room for extra flexibility. Generous open living spaces make this the villa for family reunions, milestone celebrations, and multi-family getaways. A private screened saltwater pool, heated to a comfortable 85°F as our complimentary welcome perk, anchors the outdoor space, with a hot tub for soaking under the stars and an electric fireplace for cool evenings. The fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and a large dining area make cooking for a crowd easy.

Englewood is a laid-back Gulf-Coast town about 7 miles from Englewood Beach, with Boca Grande island an easy drive, and fishing, boating, golf (Oyster Creek Golf Club 4 min) and fresh local seafood close by — plus easy reach of the Sarasota and Charlotte Harbor areas. Punta Gorda Airport is about 15 minutes away.

Complimentary pool heating is included with every stay. No smoking, no parties or events, no pets. We respond quickly and are here throughout your stay.

Pool and child safety: a removable child-safety pool fence is available on request - let us know before arrival and we will have it installed for you. The pool and hot tub are not supervised and there is no lifeguard. Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times, everywhere on the property, especially around the pool, the hot tub and the fire table. Use of the pool, hot tub and all amenities is at guests' own risk.

A privacy fence surrounds the pool area. At night, landscape lighting glows around the house, along the fence and under every palm.
