Bring your boat to launch at one of the nearby public boat ramps to enjoy a 15 minute boat ride to the ICW, beaches, & world class fishing.

The space
pool home set on a spacious waterfront corner lot, located in a family-friendly quiet golf cart neighborhood, 2.2 miles from the beach.

The entire backyard is waterfront with a small fishing pier perfect for catching mangrove snapper for dinner.

The main living space has a newer kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for meal preparation, a dining table for 6, 4 bar-height seats at the counter, a large sofa, 2 swivel chairs, and a large TV with adjustable mounting bracket. Access the lanai from the main living area.

Enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening, dinner for 8 al fresco, or a game of darts, from the screened-in lanai.

Guest access
The garage houses a beach cart with cooler bag, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, bikes, kayaks, pool toys, fishing poles, and a shrimp bucket.

Other things to note
Due to Hurricane Milton, the lanai screens are currently missing. We expect them to be replaced June 1.
While trailers/boats can be parked on our lot, boats are not permitted to dock at our shallow fishing pier, without prior authorization and additional fee. Inquire about potential boat dockage on site for an additional fee.
