The Sandbar is a charming single-family home located just one lot from the ocean, offering ocean views and direct beach access! Enjoy your own private, chlorine pool (pool cannot be heated) and relax in this beautifully furnished space.

This spacious home draws upon an inverted floor plan – with the main living space on the top floor – to maximize ocean views and features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Stay comfortable year-round with central air, heating and ceiling fans. For your entertainment, the home features Wi-Fi and six Smart TVs with YouTube TV provided. Sleeping arrangements include King • Queen • 2 Singles • Bunk Bed (Double-down and Double-up).

Top Level (Main Living Level)
The open-concept living area is a great place for the whole crew to get together while enjoying the ocean scenery.

Opposite the sink, a breakfast bar provides a great spot for morning coffee.

Sink into one of the three comfy couches or armchairs to unwind after a day at the beach, whether you’re hosting a competitive board game session or a quiet movie night. Step out the sliding glass doors to enjoy the ocean views from the furnished deck.

Middle Level
Master Bedroom 1: The spacious master suite offers a King bed and a private sitting area with two armchairs—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. This retreat showcases a private bath featuring double sinks, a separate shower, and an inviting jetted tub.

Bedroom 2: Two Single beds with a Smart TV and private deck access.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (Full over Full) with a Smart TV.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall full bath with tub/shower.

Laundry Nook: Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer, complete with iron and ironing board.
