Level One: Living Area has a covered deck with an oceanview. Open living/Dining Area. Kitchen/bar has a dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a sliding door and a covered deck with oceanviews. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. (bedrooms #1 and #2 share a bath).

Level Two: Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have King Beds and sliding doors with access to outdoor deck with oceanviews. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bathroom). Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
