Bedroom #1 includes a king and queen bed, deck access, a private bathroom, a Smart TV, and beautiful ocean views.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, deck access, a Smart TV, access to a shared bathroom, and ocean views.

Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and access to a bathroom that it shares with Bedroom #2.

Total bedding includes a king and three queens.

Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and 5 Smart TVs for your streaming and web-browsing needs!

There is a gorgeous pool with travertine tiles (Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $650/week + tax), ample parking, a convenient walkway to Ocean Drive, a fenced side-yard that is perfect for children or pets, a separate dining space, mainfloor master bedroom, a bonus room for gathering (with a pool table) and an office desk that overlooks the ocean!

The Fully-Equipped Kitchen has a plethora of features including a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, garbage disposal, an oven, not one but two refrigerators, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a blender - hello, beachside margaritas!

Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
