Located at the Point of Emerald Isle, Sand Dollar Cottage is ready for beach rental season. Whether you choose to sit on the porches looking out at the sound, listening to the waves, or watch the deer that wander throughout the property daily, the home is filled with entertainment for adults and children. Partial views of the Bogue Inlet channel about 300 feet away; a Coast Guard building sits between the house and channel.

The Point offers privacy to beachgoers with its large sandy beaches with plenty of space. Public beach access to the ocean is a short stroll away, approximately a 3-minute walk. The distance between the end of the beach access boardwalk to the water is approximately 1/8 of a mile through the sand. Enjoy basking in the sun, fishing, or collecting seashells, The Point is an excellent beach for it.

Sleep up to 10 people in this 1581 sq foot home with a separate gaming area on the ground floor. Additional beds are present; we do not recommend more than 10 people.
