Level One: Master Bedroom has a King Bed, a Covered Oceanfront Deck, and a Private Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Well Equipped Kitchen/Bar area has a Dishwasher and Microwave. Refrigerator has ice maker and purified water dispenser (no need to buy bottled water!). Bedroom #4 has a King Bed and a Full-Bath.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays – No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
