„Our room smelled musty and the window was kind a broken, so you heard everything from the street outside. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous, as the hot dishes were cold and the buffet was not replenished at any time. The only thing which was good were the freshly made eggs.“

„First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.“

„Das Hotel wirkt auf den Bildern sehr neu und modern. Und ist vermutlich auch noch gar nicht so alt, dafür aber schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Schlimmste war allerdings der Geruch: In der Lobby roch es bei unserer Ankunft nach Urin und auf den Gängen sowie im Zimmer hing ein sehr penetranter, fauliger Abflussgeruch in der Luft. Das mag zum Teil dem starken Regen an diesem Tag geschuldet gewesen sein, war aber wirklich widerlich. Unser Zimmer mit King-Bett war winzig und total verbaut - man konnte kaum ...

„Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out. The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices. Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean.“

„Liegt auf einem Hügel und man hat einen schönen Blick auf Legazpi und den Mount Mayon. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück ok. Vom Pool, mit Blick auf den Vulkan ist einfach toll.“

„Not walkable in that area. Nice hotel but bathroom floor leaked in rain. Chinese restaurant adjacent had incomplete menu for single diner. Limited beer selection, no bar. Room sparce but generally clean but not well repaired. Wifi did not work as per directions. Nice staff, very helpful.“

„Von außen eher unauffällig, innen dafür eine kleine Perle. Das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice super schnell und professionell. Alle beiden Zimmer sauber und alles funktionierte. 5 Frühstückssorten zur Auswahl, zwei kleine Restaurants direkt beim Hotel (Eataly - Seniorchef ist Italiener - richtig gute Pizza und das Berlin) aber auch Richtung Zentrum linker Hand zwei weitere einheimische Lokale mit sehr gutem Essen. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Flughafen und ...

„It was my second time staying here. Always good service and clean facilities. We did ask if we could use an iron. However, they did not have one. But overall, itss a great value. I would definitely stay here again. “

„Der Service war ok, sie waren sehr bemüht es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Leider ließ der Zustand des Hotels zu wünschen übrig. Die Decken waren gelblich und befleckt, die Fenster konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden weshalb man den Verkehrslärm nicht abschotten konnte und es gab kein WLAN. Für ein paar Tage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen ist es ok“

„Not the best, room was OK. They did not give us the free breakfast which was stated in the email. We were 5 at the room and they only gave us 2 breakfasts saying there was an issue with hotel.com so just fine.“
