Escape to this delightful farmhouse-style retreat in Ellijay, GA, nestled within the peaceful Coosawattee River Resort. Surrounded by trees and offering access to resort facilities, this inviting 3-bedroom home is perfect for families, friends, or a peaceful getaway.

The main level features a cozy living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. While the indoor wood-burning fire place adds to the rustic charm, it is not functional and cannot be used. The main floor also offers a spacious king bedroom with a TV and an ensuite bathroom that conveniently opens to the kitchen area.

Upstairs, you'll discover a small bookshelf for quiet moments, along with a bedroom featuring a full-size bed, a twin trundle, and a TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

The downstairs area feels like a second living space, complete with a mini kitchen, a king bedroom with its own TV, and a bathroom. It’s also where you’ll find the laundry area and a wall of fun board games. For fitness enthusiasts, there's a set of weights and a yoga mat for guest use.

Step outside onto the downstairs deck to unwind in the hot tub, or venture to the nearby fire pit to enjoy evenings under the stars.

Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this charming farmhouse in the Coosawattee River Resort offers the perfect escape.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 security deposit prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
