Secluded lot only 4.4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 15 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 60 acres is yours. Our A-Frame is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, a regular coffee maker and ground coffee. We have a hot tub, sauna, pop shot, large to die for outdoor space, two tier large back deck, a charcoal and propane grill, boards games, corn hole, outdoor fire-place, Kan-Jam, slam ball, mega Jenga, and 2 TVs.

No smoking and no pets please.
