I walked into lobby to find one person in front of me to check in. The young man Johnny behind the desk was on the phone ignoring the people in line. Nearly 10 mins later he finally hangs up and starts to help the man in front of me. It was apparently a business account and Johnny did not know how to handle this in the computer. After awhile he says to Johnny to take care of me and he would be back. Then Johnny tried to put me in a room I had not booked. I am disabled and unable to manage stairs in the event of an emergency or elevator not working. I always book a ground level due to this but he tried to put me on the second floor. He was frustrated when I told him I had booked ground level but he did change it. I had walked into lobby at 4:55 and it was 5:25 before I was handed a key card. Got a rolling luggage carrier to use and went to our room. After unloading it my sister parked it outside of the room in a spot that did not obstruct anything. Less than 5 minutes later we left to get dinner. When I opened the door the carrier had been moved directly in front of and against our door. Had my sister not grabbed ahold of me I would have fell over it. Needless to say we were upset about this. As we left for dinner she rolled it back to the front. At check out she let Johnny know how dangerous this was. He had no comment and just stares at us. The whole experience was awful. While room was fine and the breakfast was great I would not recommend this place due to poor service.
