Bella Oasis is a modern, spacious 3,100 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2-story. This immaculately kept home features clutter free modern furnishings and room to store clothing for everyone. It has a bright and spacious open kitchen with plenty of room for large family dinners. Our home is located in a kid-friendly cul-de-sac; that includes peace, tranquility, and harmony for every member of your family. Minutes to shops, restaurants, theaters, and games at the stadium. The home has plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged while each family member relaxes in their own private space.

DETAILED HOME TOUR

ACCESS AND ENTRY: Entering your short-term rental should be easy and organized. Smart lock auto check in with well lit porch and entrance. There is a powder room located to the right of the stairs just past the laundry room. Walk through the large entryway right into living room 1.

LIVING ROOM 1: Large area including a sofa that has a comfortable queen size pull out bed. Queen removable, easy to operate, low to the floor, linens included. It is a 3-seater sofa, comfy chair, standing lamp and coffee table. The furniture is sturdy and of high quality so you can relax without worrying about damaging the furniture.

DINING ROOM - Large open concept space provides guests with the opportunity to socialize while others relax in the living room.

EAT-IN KITCHEN - Large open concept space provides guests with the opportunity to socialize while meals are being prepared. The 55” television can be viewed from the kitchen and dining table.

Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, toaster, blender, microwave, and more). We also stock basic food for our guests to prepare at their convenience. Serving for adults and hot drinks for 10, plus wine glasses. Assorted pots, pans , utensils, storage containers with lids, cupcake liners, baking sheets, etc..

COFFEE SETUP: Drip coffee maker with filters and individual coffee pods for single serve cups. We supply sugar, creamer, tea, and honey. Programmable settings perfect for that first thing in the morning cup of coffee.

LIVING ROOM 2/FAMILY ROOM: Large area including a 55” Roku TV, tons of seating, plus an area rug and bench seating. Large coffee table with coasters ready for everyone’s drinks. The furniture is sturdy and of high quality so you can relax without worrying about damaging the furniture.

DEDICATED WORKSPACE - Offers a large desk with plenty of workspace. There several outlets near the desk and lighting needed for those late night projects. This home also features High speed secure WiFi.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Free in-suite washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Liquid detergent, clothes pins, and rack perfect for air drying. Ironing board, iron, and lint roller.

SLEEPING AREAS (4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths upstairs):

MASTER BEDROOM - King size mattress - (fully coated against liquids, allergens, bed bugs), private bathroom, two piece vanity. Large walk-in closet, 2 nightstands with large lamps. Three seater sectional, coffee table, standing lamp, and TV stand with 32” TV. Socket on right side behind the nightstand is a serge protector and has two USB ports for charging. One port is plugged in for wireless charging and phone sanitizing.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size mattress - (fully coated against liquids, allergens, bed bugs). Large closet, under bed storage, two nightstands with lamps, and 20” Roku TV in bedroom. The lamps have with 2 USB charging ports. Chair great for sitting, watching TV, and resting. One socket is a serge protector and has two USB ports for charging.

BEDROOM 3: Queen size mattress - (fully coated against liquids, allergens, bed bugs). Large closet, 2 nightstands with lamps, and 20” Roku TV in bedroom. Chair great for sitting, watching TV, and resting.

The home features hotel quality towels and linens that are professionally laundered for each reservation and the home is professionally cleaned. Sign in with automatic locks. The heater and air conditioner work well, they quickly regulate the temperature. Everything in the house is documented to make your stay easy and perfect. 24-hour local emergency contact and maintenance personnel available for emergencies.

Guest access:
You will be able to access the whole house. We have a locked supply closet on 1st floor under the stairs. Otherwise there are no other locked closets or areas. The home is yours, just bring your essentials.
