„Hübsch eingerichtetes Altstadt-Haus würden wir jederzeit einem Hotelbunker vorziehen. In Old San Juan wird sonntags bereits am Nachmittag gefeiert mit Live-Musik, Pina Colada, Salsa... Empfehlenswerte Ausflüge: Baccardi Destillerie, Regenwald El Yunque. Ausserdem sind wir mit Mietwagen nach Vieques Island (Fähre unbedingt vorab reservieren!) gefahren. Dort unbedingt eine Kajaktour nachts in die Bio Bay buchen, sehr speziell wenn die Organismen im Wasser glühen, erlebt man nur an wenigen Orten ...

„Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut.“

„Auf den Bildern der Buchung sah ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon, dies war dann nicht der Fall. Es ist auch kein Hotel, denn es gibt kein Personal und somit keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Zu teuer für diese mittelmäßige Qualität. Das einzig gute ist die Location. “

„Esse hotel foi incrível!! Perto de tudo, e é o melhor hotel de Old San Juan. Lindo, restaurante bom, quartos lindos sem nenhum barulho ( pois meu sono é leve ), cama muito boa e confortável, nada a reclamar, vou voltar e pretendo ficar mais dias 2 noites não foram suficientes.“

„Die Lage war super. Man könnte fußläufig das gesamte Gebiet Old San Juan erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Flecken auf dem gesamten Bett und auf Handtüchern. Löcher in Handtüchern und ein lockerer Klodeckel. Auch muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Bad sehr klein ist und man sich in der Dusche nicht mal drehen kann. “

„Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours.“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “
