„Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt, da wir am Sonntag das Spiel der Texans besuchten. Das Hotel liegt südlich der Downtown, ist aber super gelegen für ein Besuch des NRG Stadium. Es liegt rund ein Kilometer vom Stadion entfernt und man kann sich somit den Parkplatz für den Spielbesuch sparen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu, das Zimmer war genug gross und auch das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung und das Personal an der Reception freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunk war ...
„Vom allgemeinen Zustand nicht sonderlich sauber. Betten, Bettwäsche, Couch mit Flecken. Frühstück nicht groß, kaum Auswahl. Roomservice mangelhaft. Aber sie sind gerade im Umbau bzw. am modernisieren. Rezeption und Personal sehr freundlich und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. “

„Not very welcoming at check-in. And it was a challenge to turn off the air-condition. Besides that a really nice hotel with ideal location to the NRG Stadium. “
„The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is very good, parking is gated and guarded by a security robot. Free breakfast, dinner, and three drinks per day are included. Rooms could be better. The hotel is located next to a busy freeway, so there is some background noise, and getting to the hotel during rush hours takes a lot of time.“

„Overall, it’s one of the great places I’ve stayed in a weekend ( one night only). I’ll definitely book again if needed to be in the area again.They had good complimentary breakfast. Night shift receptionist need to be more accommodating and attentive to guests coming into the entrance. “

„This property felt very safe I loved that you had to have a key card to enter the hotel and the parking garage the breakfast was delicious and a good bit of options to choose from I was very pleased with its selection. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly. It’s close enough to shopping without being to close to all the busyness we will definitely stay again on our next visit. I never once felt unsafe “

„This property is awesome exclamation point it was a little difficult to find as the sign is very small, but it is well worth the effort to locate it. The lobby is beautiful smells great and decorated in contemporary style. The front desk staff whisper pleasant and only took a few moments to check in. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung und das Personal an der Reception freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunk war die laute Lüftung im Badezimmer. Leider konnte diese nichts ausgeschaltet werden, was mit der Zeit mühsam war. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn ich ein Spiel im NRG Stadion besuchen würde."
