The weather during your stay was quite warm, 90+ degrees and high humidity. The air conditioner is a newer, high-efficiency model and was recently serviced, but even so, can take a bit longer to cool down in extreme temperatures. We have 4 ceiling fans and a whole house fan to keep the air moving for the comfort of our guests and the pool is great for a quick cool down!”

Hi Gene, the homeowner would like to share the following: "Thank you for staying! We’re glad you enjoyed the pool – it’s open (and heated, if necessary) from mid-April to mid-November. We repaired the loveseat shortly before your stay, but it appears that it has broken again – we’ll work on either a more permanent repair or a replacement this week."

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - After receiving many 5-star reviews, we were surprised that you found issues with the property which had not been brought to our attention by previous renters. Immediately after you contacted us, we tried to make it right by scheduling our landscape contractor and handyman to address and remedy these issues. You refused to allow them to come and address your concerns. We later discovered that some of the issues you reported were on the neighboring property. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and the lake’s short-term rental policies, which include, that guests must provide full guest information to the property owner and that all dogs must remain on a leash. Future renters will find that the concerns you reported were promptly remedied following your check out. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
