Exzellentes Apartment!
Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet: die Möbel scheinen neuwertig zu sein, die Küche und das Badezimmer sind ein Traum! Das Bett ist wirklich groß und seeeehr bequem.

I wanted to be close to our tour departure the next day and this was the perfect place! An 11 minute walk got us up the hill easily with no steps! It’s a beautiful place and really clean. This is my first experience with a place where you let yourself in, and being a novice, it took me a bit to figure it out, but once we did, we loved it!

Handy for the usher hall.
Check in was easy. I was provided a code to get in a few days before my arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cups etc. location was very handy for the usher hall and near an ncp car park. A couple of lightbulbs needed changing and the fridge was off and warm when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay and would use again in the future.

Thank you for the great feedback and for staying with us. Parking is expensive in Edinburgh but the NCP app can help a little. We recommend downloading and installing it before you arrive.

It's a short 10-15 min walk, although uphill to the castle. It's also visible from the front door.Thanks for staying and for the feedback.

This is a lovely apartment, well positioned. The decor is new and the luggage store was a bonus. Bed was very comfy. The kitchen equipment was very basic so no sieve to drain pasta & no grater so not a ‘long stay’ choice. Slight staining on sofa & a broken blind which needs attention but overall very good value for money.

Great location and cleanliness. Blind Cord In the bedroom was broken when we arrived So couldn’t be pulled down, meaning that it let in lots of light. We used towels to block out the light for sleeping and privacy. Overall good stay.

Great room, great value, great location!
Our stay was fantastic. A great value room in a fantastic location. I stay here every year as my school has their annual concert at the Usher Hall. Always very clean and comfortable - always love the xmas tree each year. Will be booking again for next year!

The apartment location wise was perfect, full kitchen was amazing and the bathroom was lovely (heated floors and towel warmer were fantastic since it was cold and rainy when we visited). The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner smelt amazing as well. Only issue was that the heater in the kitchen (we turned up heat by 2° when we arrived) had a smell as if something had preciously fallen in it. We couldnt see anything but had to open the window to air it out.

Great little flat
Very nice clean room, great bathroom, hard bed for some but ok for me, only gripe was no iron in the room, there was one in the luggage storage which was handy but would just be better in the room, would stay here again though.

Perfect location and awesome apartment!!
The location is absolutely perfect to walk to the castle, get on the On-Off bus and/or to stroll down Royal Mile. Buy the two day OnOff and get free entrance to the Royal Yacht Britannia, castle, and Holyrood house—all three worth every minute. After deducting these from the price of the bus pass it only cost us $15. All three venues were awesome and everything else we did was free. Pubs, Saint Giles and Parliament. Awesome city! Great apartment!!

Good apart hotel in a central location
There is no reception or staff at this apart hotel and entry is by PIN code. This worked well on entry we found a well appointed, comfortable one bed apartment. Modern fittings worked well. The only issue was the hot water which seemed to need a boost 30 minutes before wanting a shower or bath. If there was a way to avoid this I never found it. Location behind the Castle was good and only 10 minutes from the main city centre. Decent place if you don't need the service of a proper hotel.

Central and spacious
The apartment was tidy and easy to access through the code lock. Located in walking distance to the Main Street and Edinburgh castle. It’s possible to store luggage in a room in the main hall prior to the time of check in. Would recommend others to stay here when visiting Edinburgh.

Great location
We enjoyed our mini break at Edinburgh Nine, despite the initial hiccup with the apartment having not been cleaned prior to our arrival (we had deliberately waited until after 5 pm for our arrival and were somewhat shocked to find an unclean apartment). However, that said, the proprietor was quickly on the case with the cleaners (there had been some mix up) and within an hour of arriving, the apartment had been fully cleaned to a very high standard. The proprietor was clearly very embarrassed and compensated us for the inconvenience to us. He also attended the apartment to rectify a problem with the blinds, so all in all, a very satisfactory service. The apartment itself was ideal, in terms of comfort, facilities, and location. My one recommendation would be to add some vinyl to the bottom windows to provide more privacy during the day time.

Amazing location. 5 star accommodation. But had difficulty with ultra modern all computer set-up facilities. Could not work out how to turn on heating. Also do not remember when booking accommodation that it was made very clear that we would have no Parking availability for our car. But again have to state beautiful accommodation. !

Good place to stay but missing the personal touch
Very modern, nice clean bedroom and bathroom but lacked some basic amenities which would make me give it 4 out of 5. Bed was comfortable but basic double. Could also have invested a bit more on the quality of the pillows. There was no iron nor ironing board, nor was the bathroom fan extractor working. Also, there was no coffee machine but just a kettle. The air conditioning system was difficult to operate and there were no manuals around to help operate. Also, no water bottles avail in the apt nor any welcome note, to make our stay a bit more personal. Our stay was generally ok but nowhere near what we expected for the money we paid.

Nice place but too much internal noise to go back
The good bits... The apartment was nice, clean, well furnished, nothing really to complain about. The bad bits.... The noise. Not from outside as it was a quiet area, but from inside. The other apartment was having a party with lots of coming and going. The hallway had a high ceiling, wooden floors and nothing to stop the doors from slamming, as a result, every time a door opened, it slammed shut again and echoed through the place. There was no soundproofing in the walls so I heard all the party noise. In the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom fans went on for at least 5 mins after being turned off which was a pain when I accidentally turned the bathroom one on in the night. The fridge also made a lot of noise. So, nice place but I wouldn't stay again as it was just too noisy.

Adequate accommodation near to The Lawnmarket.
The location is a ten minute walk to the Lawnmarket. It is facing the service area of the Usher Hall and the entry to an underground car park which is scruffy. There was also noise from outside both from the hall and people passing on three of the five nights that I stayed. The apartment had modern decor and was clean and reasonably comfortable. There were few supplies with one tea towel to last the stay and not so much as a kitchen roll. Plenty of wine glasses though. Not exactly homely but adequate.
