We chose this home for our family after visiting the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort for almost 15 years. This house is perfect for families of all ages!
Our cottage is the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, boasting a prime waterfront view and access to the private Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort deep water dock for boating and fishing. The spacious open-plan living area floods with natural light and a sense of spaciousness. There is a screened in porch to enjoy the cooler evenings without bugs. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and deck are perfect for cooking or bbqing and outdoor dining. Relax around the fire pit under the stars. Enjoy high-speed internet, premium cable, and streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO max for your viewing pleasure. There is a wonderful restaurant with bar located on the property.

The entire place is yours to enjoy and there is a private driveway with parking for 2 cars.
