On the downside, you WILL hear any night owl neighbors in the unit upstairs. Also, the flooring level change as you approach the bathroom is a bit of a tripping hazard. “

„In general, this is such a beautiful refuge from the noise of city/suburban life in Upstate New York. Gazing out the window the first morning, we saw a flock of turkeys passing through.
