With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and room for up to 12 guests, this home features a private spa room with hot tub, a game room with ping pong and billiards, and two cozy fireplaces. Outdoors, relax in the hammock, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the firepits under string lights on crisp autumn nights. Whether you’re exploring nearby trails or staying in, this retreat has everything for a cozy fall escape.

Our guests get free access to all of the private community's amenities.
The home includes 8 amenity badges, allowing up to 8 guests to use the community amenities at the same time. Please plan accordingly if your group is larger.

Penn Estates Community:
Outdoor Swimming Pool & Community Lakes/Beaches: Open Memorial Day through Labor Day (summer months only).
Hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Tennis, Pickleball & Basketball Courts
Open during the summer and remain available into the fall, weather permitting.
Close once winter weather begins.

Picnic Areas
Open during the warmer months; close once winter weather begins.

Winter Amenities
No outdoor amenities are available during the winter season.

Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in.

The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.

Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

This 3,000 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax, including a downstairs game room, two living rooms, and a spa room. Comfortably sleeping 10 guests, the home can accommodate up to 12 adults with two full-sized futon sofas.

No groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
