✓ This is a quiet residential community — parties and events are not permitted
✓ Community registration is required prior to arrival for gate access
✓ Guests must follow all community guidelines during their stay
✓ A 4% non-refundable credit card fee applied to all payments

Community & Noise
✓ No parties, events, or large gatherings
✓ Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by HOA)
✓ Guests must follow all HOA and community guidelines during their stay

Parking & Vehicles
✓ Maximum of 5 vehicles permitted
✓ Parking allowed in designated driveway spaces only
✓ Street parking is not permitted
✓ All guests and vehicles must be registered prior to arrival for HOA gate access

Home Care & Safety
✓ Shoes-off home — please remove shoes indoors
✓ No smoking or vaping inside the home
✓ No candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames of any kind
✓ No glass items permitted on the deck or outdoor areas
✓ No tents, RVs, or outdoor sleeping
✓ The fireplace is not operational — please do not attempt to use it.
