„I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! “

„Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.“

„My family and I loved our stay. This cabin had everything we needed and more. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. „Lovely historic cabin with fun and unique character and nice kitchen and porch. Only downside was that the wifi didn't work and, given that there is no cell coverage in the area, it was hard to get directions and generally go places because we rely upon our phones (for better or worse). The not television, however, was a big plus. Thank you.“

„The house was lovely - it was in a great location with great views just next to Bromley Mountain. It was very clean, very cozy, and had everything we needed. It was just two of us for this trip but the house is great for larger parties as well! The layout of the house is perfect and allows for everyone to be together in the upstairs living room which has a large fire place. It’s also close to Stratton which was a quick 17 minute drive. I would absolute stay there again!“

„The place was fine but the ac unit was not working . The high tempatures and humidity it was 85 inside the majority of time . I rented this place to work and relax and I spent my time waiting for hvac appointments etc and being hot, not able to sleep becuase of the heat.
