„Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost. “

„The apartment is very nice and very clean. It is a well maintained gated complex and extremely easy to go back and forth to MD Anderson. There are plenty of restaurants within an easy driving distance as well. Owner was very prompt to respond to any questions and provides little things that you may forget! Just a reminder to those that are not use to downtown city traffic noise (like us!), the tram does run next to the apartment. Thankfully, we brought a fan so it faded out the traffic noise and ...
