„This cabin was so cute inside and perfectly located just north of Bar Harbor. The location on the water with access to a tidal flat provided amazing views. Our group had so much fun harvesting mussels right outside and cooking them ourselves. Clean and cozy interior. Only notes would be the skylights in each room do not have shades to shield you from waking up at 5am to the sunrise, and the driveway required 4 wheel drive on our truck to navigate the steepness and loose gravel“

„As soon as we walked in and saw the views over the bay in the back, we were in love! Sunsets were gorgeous! The back deck was welcoming and a great place for gathering. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated, well-organized, equipped with everything anyone would need, had plenty of games and fun for family/friends, and was so clean! Instead of staying in the crowds at Bar Harbor after Acadia, we chose to come back to this peaceful place in the woods to have happy hour and dinner in ...

„Awesome location! Very nice price! All the conviences without the tourist hysteria of Bar Harbor! You can be to acadia in less than an hour, also the castine area even quicker. Ellsworth, Brewer, Bangor have everything ypu could possibly need. The lake was quiet, clean, warm, loaded with wildlife. We hope to stay longer in the future.Only cons are water pressure ( not aweful), and if you like to cook a lot, it could use newer and more pots, pans, and skillets.
