I paid an additional fee for her car. When I extended my stay, no I did no check out and book a different room, I extended my stay in the same room, they charged me an additional pet fee and another “incidentals” fee. As if I checked out and requested a different room but I didn’t.“

„I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help ...
