„Overall the property provided what we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. Good facilities. The Gym was handy. Parking was easy. The downside was the sporadic nature of tge hot water early in the morning which would be an issue during winter. Appears to be an ongoing issue I n the building. Being on the street level traffic noise during the day was at times significant.“

„Property was exactly as advertised. Pretty basic kitchen fit out (and only a portable stove top) but that was fine for us as we spent most of our time away from the apartment. Hosts were difficult to contact, either needed to sign up to an app (no thanks) or ring them direct. I had no response to my text message but ultimately this wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again and have recommended it to friends.“

„Would highly recommend a stay in this well appointed unit and would stay again. Quiet and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is rather tired and not the most comfortable. This is the only negative thing we would comment on. Parking is easy. The communication to enter the unit was not good. We were repeatedly told to watch the U Tube video but not given the No. of the apartment. Once sorted all was fine. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Convenient to great restaurants ...

„We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return.“

„Did stay here for 11 days and will book it again next time as it is conveniently located to reach the company office and the airport. Very nice is the Nespresso machine in the room and three capsules for free, especially as they have coincidently my favorite versions. „The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is somewhat dated but well maintained, and the local area is always nice to stay around. The air-con was a bit noisy and drowned out the TV somewhat in the loungeroom, and check in was a little hit and miss, but that was due to miscommunication on both sides. "Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht. Ein kleines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Suite mit Wohnbereich. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass diese Zimmer das Geld nicht wert waren. Das Hotel scheint alt und in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Zimmer- sowie die Gebäudetüren knallen beim Schließen und hallen extrem in den Fluren. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und wirken trist sowie teilweise abgewohnt. Die Fenster sind nicht sicher verschließbar und können jederzeit von außen geöffnet werden. Ein Pluspunkt ist allerdings die Sauberkeit gewesen. "
