Finde East Bay Regional Park District Hotels

„Helpful staff can’t complain“

„Hotelstaff was almost not talking to me at all Checking in. While Checking out, he showed up in his pajamas. Room overall was clean and OK, an oriental and smoky smell though. the neighborhood was scary, lot of weird people and beggars. the Stairways to the rooms weren't secured, everyone could have walked up to the doors. Distance to San Francisco about 0.5 hours, due to traffic across the bridge at certain times a lot more! too expensive for what it offers.“

„The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but you can clearly hear the highway on the city facing rooms trough out the night. The hotel is a little bit in the middle of nowhere so getting there by car is kinda your only option which would be fine if they didn’t charge so much for parking per night.“

„The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center.“

„We stayed 10 days while in town visiting our son. Very clean! Service crew did a wonderful job. The only shortcoming was the carpets were needing shampooed. Perfect stay!“

„Charging for amenities that were advertised but not available used to be illegal. thanks trump, and corporate america. No airport shuttle No free Lyft ride since the phone was not answered. No bar.“

„Needs refurbishing - old decor - poor breakfast - hot water took for ever to come in the shower“
