„Beautiful house within walking distance to Wallis Sand State beach. Convenient short drive into Portsmouth. Very well decorated and appointed. Everything you need for a few days or longer at the beach. Except...the house does not have AC! Can I recommend to the owner to buy 3 or 4 box fans.
