„Es war sehr schön. Freundliches Personal! Wie ein Zuhause. Zimmer mit Meerblick. Leckeres Frühstück!“

„Nice place, central in town Nice people , good food, you can hear sometimes sound from outside“

„Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!“

„I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars. When I had to return home, the Metro broke down because of snow. I phoned Stephen in order to ask him for help to get a Taxi, but everyone at the coast tried to get one, so I had no chance. „This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised“

„Lovely property in a nice quiet spot in walking distance to lovely pun serving great food.“

„We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future.“

„Ideally located on Yarm High Street. Clean and comfortable room and cottage. Helpful and friendly host.“

„Great room, clean and tidy, just a bit noisy until closing time! Would stay again.“

„Location perfect for our day at the races. Staff all very friendly. Food in restaurant amazing. Bed not the comfiest but I do have a bad back. Room small but love the old style decor. Gave it character. Bathroom small.“

„Stayed one night ahead of a day in Durham. Easy access to the town, good food and room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent B&B“
