„Great location! Such a beautiful area to walk around — the Animas River Trail is amazing to have so close, especially with the botanical garden right along it. We saw so much wildlife, explored downtown, and enjoyed plenty of restaurants. Got our steps in and loved every minute of it. Lots of wildlife and deer you name we seen it! “

„Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again.“
