Welcome to Villa Rosé, a charming retreat in the heart of the wine country. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom home sleeps up to four guests and features two luxurious king-sized beds, a quaint kitchen, a sunny breakfast nook, and a warm and inviting living room. Just outside, enjoy the estate`s three communal fire pits, open to all guests on a first-come basis, and soak in vineyard sunsets. Villa Rosé is one of three villas on the property (along with Villa Noir and Villa Brut), sharing the grounds and parking area, so you may have friendly neighbors during your stay, while your home itself is completely private. The perfect escape whether you`re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Requests during the stay:
The grounds and parking lot are shared by three villas. Please park only in spaces for your villa, one per bedroom, and keep the entry clear for emergency vehicles.
The communal fire pits are first-come, first-served. Please fully put out fires before leaving them. No fireworks, candles or incense anywhere on the property.
Please stay within the Vineyard Block grounds and don’t cross onto neighboring properties.
No RVs, trailers or tents on the property without prior approval.
Visitors who aren’t staying overnight must leave by 10:00 pm, and the total number of people can’t go over the villa’s maximum.
Guests under 21 must be supervised by the adult on the booking at all times.
Early check-in (from 11:00 am) and late check-out (until 4:00 pm) are available if you arrange them in advance.

Checkout requests:
Put used dishes in the sink or dishwasher.
Gather used towels in one bathroom.
Put trash and recycling in the indoor bins.
Turn off lights, the TVs and the heat or AC.
Close windows, lock all doors
