Fully furnished, this spacious apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum.
Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchenette and bathroom. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)if requiredwhile the dining table also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.
There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive.

There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
Please note, this flat is on the second floor.
There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror. If you are booking for three or four people, there is a fold-out double bed in the lounge and additional bedding/towels will be provided for your stay. You can see this bed fully made in the photographs.
