1 50 lb or less dog allowed if they follow our pet policy:

Rosepoint is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 1 well-socialized, well-trained dog with a $99 dog pet fee per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. Please add the Furry Friend fee upon reservation. If you have a pet other than a dog, please check with us to see if we can accommodate you. If it`s discovered you have an unregistered pet, a $150 fee will be assessed.



You`ll have access to the entire two-bedroom apartment and heated garage.
