Das Motel war für eine Nacht optimal. Das Zimmer sehr groß und funktional. Nur den Verkehr hört man leider auch nachts recht doll.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. For the price our expectations were exceeded. The neighborhood and clientele were 'such that I wouldn't take a walk alone at night'. But the location was central to many of our destinations. There was a lot of noise traffic most of the night and walls seemed to carry every sound.

Luckily we called ahead to check on the reservation. They had accidentally checked in a different guest on our reservation, so they showed we did not have one. After some checking they uncovered their error and had a room waiting for us when we got there.

Beware, they allow smoking in certain rooms. It was somewhere near our room because it was like someone lit up standing in our bathroom. It made it difficult because my daughter has asthma and the smoke makes it hard for her to breathe. They somehow had no vacancy to move us and were told there’s nothing they can do. Had I known smoking was permitted there I never would’ve booked. So hopefully this review helps someone

When I checked in they said I didn’t pay and I had to wait at reception to figure it out. I showed them proof of purchase, confirmation even my PayPal statement and they said I hadn’t paid before finally realizing it was a problem on their end. They also acted very unprofessional. When I got my keycard it didn’t work to unlock the door so I had to go back down and get that fixed. My room, despite it being a “nonsmoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Worst of all, there has been on and off full volume yelling from two different rooms in the motel. Loud enough that I have been woken by it and I haven’t even reached midnight yet. I have not even bothered calling reception because clearly they are not prepared to deal with the situation. Had they, the yelling would have stopped several hours ago when it began.

I liked the easy and comfortable service anytime it's needed. I liked the privacy and security I felt every time I walked through the doors. I also loved how pet friendly it is. Wish I could stay more often.

First off, check in was quick. You need to provide a license for each room even if you’re the one who booked, it was new policy, which is fine. But the entrance smelled like strong cigarettes. Asked if all entrances worked and was told only doors with cameras worked, which is fine, however many doors did not work even though they had cameras. Was inconvenient having to go to a far door just to get in. Was told no smoking however the whole floor and all three rooms we booked smelled like marijuana. Couldn’t even air out the rooms since we couldn’t open the windows. Rooms were clean otherwise. The shower made loud squealing noises for all the rooms and the draining was terrible. There were strange yelling and scary noises throughout the night. You really get what you pay for in these rooms although for how little it cost less than other hotels, you don’t get much from here. But the staff was great. It was probably the only plus about this place besides it being convenient to get to other places. Unfortunately would not book here again unless changes are made.

Located next to busy freeway. Traffic noise all night. Room did not have refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. Burn marks on bathtub. Asian beetles in room. Hallway inside of entry door had trash and debris that blows around whenever outside door is opened.

The day I was to check out they were very pushy for me to check out check out is at 11:00 the house keeper showed up at 6:00 and just walked In than again at 8:00 trying to force me to check out early very upset I travel for work and only get one day off so it would have been nice to sleep In
