The house was very nice - updated and clean . The kitchen was FULLY stocked ( even had all kinds of coffee brewing systems!). Backyard was big and great for entertaining . A few stairs entering the house but handrails were properly placed for safety. Host responded quickly to our needs ( locked ourselves out , our error not hers.) One other thing to share- 2 nd full bath is located in the basement but wasn’t a problem for us as the upstairs bathroom is HUGE. I am extremely picky where I stay, everything about this place and stay was great/ will definitely stay here again .

This home is in a perfect location, is exceptionally clean, beautiful updated, and has all the amenities you need. From the fully stocked kitchen to the beautiful backyard, with the best patio we have seen in a long time: watch football from the patio, while you grill and then turn on the fire pit!! What a beautiful home! While the weather was too hot/rainy for us to fully enjoy the backyard, we were able to have coffee on the patio on morning. Plenty of chairs for everyone. Nice furniture inside the house as well. Fully stocked kitchen. Basement space was great for board games at night. Would definitely stay again.

Nice to be in a residential neighborhood

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean, good water pressure. Used some spices in the kitchen and enjoyed the Keurig. Would stay again.

Clean house & comfy couch

We spent most of our time at the house during our stay in town. We really appreciated how clean it was and how accessible the host was for any questions. Also loved the big selection couch to kick back and relax. If the weather would have been better we could have taken advantage of the backyard porch!

The way it should be done

This home was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The home was clean, spacious, attractively, decorated, well stocked, and in a quiet convenient location. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and recently renovated. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining room for a family. The kitchen had lots of cooking tools to be able to make anything you desired. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the cabinets were stocked with all of the things that you might have forgotten from toothpaste to shaving supplies to shampoo. The living room sofa was comfortable, and the television was sized appropriately for the space making it a great area to hang out in. The back patio had functional and well maintained furniture and the yard itself was private and sizable. The garage had space for two cars and even had an extra refrigerator if you were needing it for extra room for food or drink. The lower level had additional sofa and table seating as well as a small kitchenette. There was not one negative about this home. And the hosts were great with communication and the instructions for check-in and checkout were very clear.

Amazing Property

Our extended family stayed here while returning to Dubuque for a family reunion. This is by far the most clean, remodeled, stocked Vrbo home we have ever stayed in! It really will blow your mind, the house is so incredibly nice and comfortable, we felt completely at home. Cathy was wonderful about making sure we had everything we needed, she even checked on us after a really bad storm! I hope this property is always available when we return because this is by far our number one choice to stay! ❤️

Everything we needed

This property was perfect for our needs. We were just in town for the weekend and for a short stay there were a couple of notable things I especially liked. For one, the cupboards were stocked with plenty of pots/pans dishes and utensils for cooking. There’s nothing so annoying as renting a place with a kitchen and not having the tools to use it. This has happened to us before but this property had everything and more. There were a variety of spices and oil in the cupboard as well. It has been my experience that everything that is not salt and pepper is usually discarded at a rental and it’s so handy when nonperishable items are left for the next person/family to use. There were also many consumables in the closets/cupboards for replacing as items were used. Things like paper products and even trash can liners are so helpful to have when traveling with a family of 7 people who can use a good amount of anything in a short time. It’s so nice to just land at a location and have everything you need without purchasing something and having to buy way more than you need for a weekend. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood but it was also conveniently close to a grocery store so if there was anything we needed in a pinch it was beyond convenient to go grab it. The host was super easy to communicate with and very prompt and professional. Overall we had a great stay and it was everything we were looking for for our weekend in town.
