The entire home is one level which is perfect for families with younger children or individuals who enjoy a nice place without steps to navigate. Our cozy home is located in a nice, safe, centrally located area of Dubuque very close to Flora Park, Bunker Hill Golf Course and the relaxing Body & Soul Day Spa. We are 1/2 a mile from Clarke University, less than a mile to University of Dubuque and 1.5 miles from Loras College. Emmaus Bible College is 1 block away. Bunker Hill Golf Course (public course) is 4 blocks away and you can walk just a few blocks to one of Dubuque's biggest and best parks. Flora Park has several fun kids play areas, a wonderful community swimming pool and several tennis courts. Hillcrest Park is also just a few blocks down the street in the other direction.
