The decor was very modern and comfortable at the same time. Especially at breakfast in the restaurant was a nice atmosphere. You felt very comfortable.

Das Hotel befindet sich Außerhalb von Dublin. Ca. 25 Min. Zu. Flughafen (Taxi kostet ca. 55-60€ dort hin). Es liegt direkt an der Straße, daher ist es sehr laut. Im 3-4 Min. Fußweg befindet sich aber eine Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Schnellrestaurants oder anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist leider etwas unfreundlich gewesen. Die Zimmer besitzen keine Klimaanlage, somit war es unerträglich heiß und stickig in dem Hotelzimmer. Die Zimmer waren ansonsten groß, mordern und sauber.

Please be assured we are and will fully investigate the breakdown in service standards, as this is certainly not the usual experience or the standards we aim for. We have undoubtedly fallen short of the guest expectation on this occasion. We do have Air Conditioning built into all 122 bedrooms however given the Heat Wave that Ireland is experiencing at the moment they are limited in what they can do. We do urge you to please contact the hotel management to further discuss this experience so we may have the opportunity to rectify any and all lost confidence in us as a hospitality business. This hotel is located on a busy route and was convenient for getting around the Dublin area. Our room faced the street but didn't notice any street noise. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The included breakfast buffet was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. The staff were helpful for questions and requests.

Plenty of places to eat around, and there is a leisureplex about a ten minute walk away with bowling and arcades. Short walk to the Luas station, which takes about 30 minutes to reach the city centre.

Lovely hotel in the outskirts of Dublin but extremely easy to get to the City Centre by public transport. Very warm welcome at the reception and the bar. I’ve been vegan for years and disappointed there wasn’t a vegan option on the dining menu, a simple pasta vegetable option which vegetarians can eat as well would have been nice. No plant based butter at breakfast. I would recommend using this hotel if you’re travelling around Ireland and you don’t want the hassle of driving into Dublin • A wonderful place to stay.

Although is about 45 mins by tram from the centre of Dublin, which is to be taken into account, there are advantages about this place: I had never slept so tight, quiet and comfy at any hotel as in Plaza. I loved the silence in our room. Besides that, the staff members where very friendly and helpful. 200 metres away from a shopping place. I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel with great front desk staff. They were more than helpful with questions on the surrounding area and directions. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and linens. Most importantly, the whole hotel is clean!!! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Free on-site parking. I suggest getting the breakfast deal with the room rate, it's well worth the price. They have a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items on their buffet. We had great dinner service in the hotel restaurant with reasonable prices and good portions. Downtown Dublin is a short drive away. They are located close to TU Dublin, Tallaght Campus and The Square, a multi-level shopping mall with several stores. Both within a few minutes walking distance. The mall parking garage has a small self-laundry facility located on the ground level. With the Plaza's great service and convenient location, it is an ideal spot to be close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The area is quiet at night, and we felt safe in walking late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was nice ,bathroom looked a bit dated ,mould around bath .beds were comfy. Bar service was slow due to only 1 member of staff on ,same for food service ,the two of them were rushed off there feet,food was nice . deffo would stay here again. Also free car park which is getting very rare in hotels .

Hotel is fantastic, can’t fault it at all,but was taken ill on my first night and had to call an ambulance from my room, did call down to reception but no answer, after I was released from hospital no one from the hotel bothered to check if I was ok and left a day early because of my health but was told I was too late to cancel the night

The hotel is nice and modern food is good (limited menu though) Biggest issue is that restaurant has issue with charging to the room. I stayed 4 nights and every night they asked "did you pre-charge your credit card at reception" even though I had done that on the first night. not sure what the issue is, but this is the first time I had this kind of problems with any hotel and it made it a very awkward experience when asking for the bill as almost felt like a criminal who might run without paying, which is not a nice feeling.

The front office staff were very good and attentive, however the breakfast buffet was missing items such as eggs & bacon which took ages to refill, thus spoiling the experience.

Great location.
Hotel is in the perfect location with great links to the city. Hitel has had a big transformation since our last stay here. Rooms are modern , with plently of space and storage. Only thing that lets the room down (only a little) is the bathrooms have not been renovated , and with the rusty plugs , cracked tiles and broken loo roll holder it doesnt match the newness of the room. Room was clean apart from the head board which was covered in a thick layer of dust along the top which we cleaned ourselves. The duty manager at the time of check in was quite rude and didnt say a word or bother to look up from the PC while sort the key card etc , the young lady behind the desk however was polite and seemed somehwhat embarrased.

The hotel was in a great location for access to local amenities. The transport links were easy and close by, both for the airport shuttle and trams. The hotel restaurant (cafe) served very high quality and good value meals. We will return!
