This is a lovely property, old Irish style, so charming. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast was lovely. We had an issue with noise from a close room but the manager handled it promptly. We would stay here again!

Buswells Hotel is amazing! A prime location in the heart of the city and yet on a quiet street - domestic and international travellers in the hotel, which was nice. It also had an excellent restaurant and bar on site. Best of all was the incredible character of the hotel: gorgeously designed with plush leather furniture, full length mirrors and artwork, as well as fireplaces around every corner. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

This was a great choice for our first visit to Dublin. The staff were lovely, rooms were a good size, breakfast was delicious, and the property could not have been more conveniently located. I especially loved the relaxing chairs next to the fireplaces in the lobby for an after dinner drink or hot chocolate. We’d love to return.

A hotel with character and warmth. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely be staying here again, not least for the wonderful (and hot) full Irish breakfast!

Buswells, a very good hotel
Buswells is a really God hotel choice in the centre of Dublin, plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping options nearby. The hotel room I had was very good as was the Irish Breakfast. Would return if coming back to Dublin

Great central location. Air coach bus from airport drops off within a block and picks you up to the airport within 2-3 blocks. 5-10 min walk to Trinity College/Book of Kells. Another 5 mins from there to Temple Bar area. Nice room, small but typical for Europe. Comfy bed. Great helpful front desk staff. Would stay again for sure

Highly recommended
A beautiful hotel, in perfect location. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable throughout. The bathroom also was of generous size and well appointed, except for the shower, which I could not get to work satisfactorily. The room was quiet at all times, contrary to what I've heard from others that street noise can be very loud. I suppose it depends on which side of the building you end up. Excellent value for money in my case, however.

I'll be back!
This is one of the first places that I have been where it actually looks BETTER in person than in the photos. Part of that might be because it is difficult to accurately capture the essence of "class" in a photo. There is a warm, welcoming and friendly feel to the place. It is elegant with old world charm and modern conveniences. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, great water pressure, wonderful breakfast, fantastic location near Grafton Street and all that you could want to do in Dublin! I was travelling alone and I felt so looked after! Staff are very attentive and thoughtful. They seem to understand what it feels like to be a traveller. They pay attention to the small details that make a big difference. I am coming back and next time I am bringing my husband with me. He will love it! I would highly recommend Buswells to anyone staying in Dublin.

Great hotel close to all sights in Dublin
We had a great stay at Buswells in Dublin. The hotel offers a fantastic location to explore Dublin with all the major sights being no more than a 15 minute walk from the hotel and some such as the National Museum are literally across the road. The old building charm and quirkiness adds a great character to our Dublin stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

I am often in Dublin, and as far as I'm concerned Buswells is the only place to stay. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is delightful as well. Great stay for the price.

Had a great time at the Buswells Hotel in Dublin. It was within walking distance of most prolific Dublin sites. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever again fortunate enough to visit Ireland in my lifetime. Staff was friendly, & the room was clean & historic while still providing modern commodities. I recommend their breakfast! Great experience overall with the Buswells!

Old World Charm
Hotel is full of old world charm. Well situated near museums, National Gallery and shops. The rooms are not large, but are very adequate, and well presented. We stay there every time we visit Dublin, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Great Hotel in Dublin
The Buswell was the favorite hotel I stayed at during my trip to Ireland. I travel for business quite often, and it was refreshing to stay at a hotel that isn't like the typical hotel chains while on vacation. It's an old building, so there are quirks. The water pressure was a little low in the shower and the Wi-Fi didn't reach to my room in the back, but overall it was a charming, unique and affordable place to stay in a great location. The Buswells is located away from the main tourist area in a quieter area, but is a quick walk to shops and restaurants and right on many bus routes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but had everything I needed. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The next time I'm in Dublin, I will definitely stay there again.
