Das Hotelpersonal benutzt die Gästeaufzüge auch. Somit kann man schon mal 10 Minuten warten, bis der Aufzug kommt.

Wir hatten den Eindruck dass die Endreinigung nach Eröffnung des Hauses noch nicht durch war. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem wirklich schmutzigen Zustand. Baustaub, Fusseln und Wollmäuse auf dem Fußboden und unter den Möbeln. Beschmierte Türen. Von 6 Tagen wurde nur an 4 Tagen das Zimmer aufgeräumt. Das Personal versuchte freundlich zu sein, wirkte jedoch schnell zusammengesucht. Der morgendliche Weg zum Frühstück führte uns an einer Baustelle eines noch nicht fertig gestellten Restaurants vorbei. Im Stage Restaurant hingen noch zusammengerollt Elektrokabel an der Decke. Auch hier beim genaueren Hinsehen überall Baurückstände und Verschmutzungen. Frühstück ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Das kennen wir besser. Das Hotel steht auf einer Baustellenbrache. Das war uns aber vorher klar und beeinflusst hier auch nicht negativ die Bewertung. Ansonsten sehr modernes Hotelkonzept mit durchaus einigen technischen Raffinessen. Alles geht elektrisch, Vorhänge, Verdunkelung. Selbst die Toilette ist beleuchtet und mit beheiztem Sitz ausgestattet. Wenn das Haus sich in 2-3 Jahren in den neu entstehenden Stadtteil integriert hat und das Personal noch einige Filter durchläuft kann Paramount zu einer der Top Adressen in Dubai werde. Aber für den Moment keine 5 *****

Terrible!!!
I arrived at the hotel tired at 10:30 pm after a long journey. They put us in a room that made huge internal noise. We complain and then after 30 minutes they sent a technical professional. This guy confirmed problems and recommended to change the room. We waited more 40 minutes. We surprise because they put us in other room with the same problem. They spoke that it’s normal this noise. After we complain a lot and to ask to talk with manager, they decided to moce to other room without noises. We went to sleep at 1:30 pm. We wait for 3 hours. Completely absurd. We decide do not do nothing in this hotel in day after and we decide to change de hotel. The worst experience in one hotel in my live

الفندق ‏بشكل عام جيد والنظيف لم نواجه أي مشاكل ما عادة الوصول المبكر وساعدنا فيها السيد مينا ف الرسبشن ف حل مشكله والغرف مع دفع مبلغ بسيط .. ‏فقط لم أحب المصعد لانه كل مصعد يخدم طوابق
