-The rooms are quite noisy. We wanted to change the room because our neighbors always came home at like 1am to 2am and started bathroom door slamming + other banging. I requested a room change, but felt like they didn’t wanted to give me a new room.. at the end they provided. While changing I got a call after half an hour: “how much time you need?” That made us feel very stressed out, we had a lot of baggage and had to pack. They could have provided us with a luggage carrier, but no. After that no follow up question. New room had the same noise problem, but at least not after 1am. -If you don’t ask for things you won’t get anything. I felt uncomfortable to call them every day, because things were missing, but after some days I discovered other guests had to do same. -At check-in they asked if we want room service to be done every day or every other day. We said room service for every other day, but water and coffee sachets we would prefer to get every day. Guess what: we had to call reception every second day to get water for 14 days. -the room ventilation is bad, clothes won’t dry, not even bathing suits. I liked the breakfast staff a lot! They smiling and remember your orders Other staff is nice too, if you don’t mind asking for everything again and again. There was mold in the edges of the shower.. The iron box and kettles are always dirty (after room change again). Rug stainy. The location is good. Gym is okey, pool small but clean.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Für ungefähr 60€ die Nacht kann man sich überhaupt nicht beschweren. Der Pool auf dem Dach war super um mal 1-2h zu entspannen. Die Metro ist direkt in der Nähe (ca. 400m)

Gutes Hotel mit fantastischem Personal
Sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe der Mall of the Emirates, Metro Station, außerdem günstige und gute Restaurants und Minimarkt direkt auf der Straße. Der Pool ist zwar klein, hat aber immer genug Liegen gehabt. Zimmer gemütlich. Das Frühstück hätte ich bei einer Hilton-Tochter etwas reichhaltiger erwartet. Es reicht, um etwas in den Magen zu bekommen, von Hotels ähnlicher Preisklasse in Dubai kenne ich aber ein breiteres Angebot. Das Personal ist unvergleichlich: perfekt geschult und 100% serviceorientiert. Ganz großartig!

wir hatten einen schönen 8-tägigen und sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Jeden Morgen gab es einen leckeren Frühstück (Buffet), für jeden ist etwas dabei. Nettes und höfliches Personal und jederzeit hilfsbereit. In der obersten Etage befindet sich auch ein Pool, hatten jedoch nicht die Zeit es zu nutzen, daher kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen. Das Zimmer befand sich im sauberen Zustand, Decken wurde gleich am dritten Tag gewechselt, wie es auch in den Info-Zetteln stand (könnte aber nach Bedarf auch täglich gewechselt werden). Alles top! sehr empfehlenswert. Und das Beste ist: Das Hotel ist direkt in der Nähe einer Metro-Station (Sharaf-DG, 5 min zu Fuß).

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und kompfortabal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und Sauber. Bett ist der Bequem. Klimaanlage / Lüftung kühlt Zimmer sehr schnell ab. Einzige macke ist das sie sehr laut ist bei höherer Einstellung. Aussicht ist schön. Einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat es gibt in keinem Zimmer balkon und fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Das Personal war super nett, man hat jede Auskunft und Tipps erhalten.Sogar ein späteres Auschecken war möglich. Die Unterkunft liegt ca 5 min Gehweg von der Metrostation Sharaf DC entfernt. Das Zimmer ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sauber. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum liegen im obersten Stockwerk. WLan funktioniert bestens. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend, könnte jedoch ein wenig Abwechslung und mehrere Brotsorten vertragen, der Cafe schmeckt gut.

Note positive: il costo: di molto inferiore ad altre zone più blasonate la colazione: buona, completa, saletta carina. camere: normalissime, buon insonorizzazione. Note negative: posizione: causa forti temporali la zona era ancora un po’ allagata e la metro davanti all’hotel chiusa (il problema è che ha dato l’impressione che non riaprirà molto presto), reperire un taxi vista la zona poco turistica, quasi impossibile. Se chiedi te lo chiamino, escono e alzano il braccio.. cosa che non riesce a loro esattamente come non riesce a te. Pulizia relativa, non pessima, ma poco attenta. Un vassoio con del cibo è rimasto fuori nel corridoio per 3 giorni. Staff: corciege poco efficiente, visto che la metro non andava chiediamo come arrivare al Mall of Emirates (10/15 minuti a piedi) ci risponde con il taxi essendo la strada allagata, peccato invece che ci fosse modo di raggiungerlo tranquillamente a piedi senza affogare… se non conosci neanche i 2 km intorno a te, figurati il resto.. Conclusione: ok hotel, ma troppi piccoli difetti

Ideaal hotel om Dubai te ontdekken. In Dubai ligt alles ver van elkaar, maar op 5min van dit hotel sta je al bij de metro, je ligt tussenin van alles! De kamer is super proper en in je kamer heb je nog een water dispenser voor je flesjes bij te vullen, echt ideaal! Goede bedden, super proper, zwembad op rooftop is ook leuk om te verkoelen in het warme weer. Ontbijt is klein, maar zeer lekker en elke dag iets anders!

Good central location 5 mins from Mesheq Metro Station. Hotel was clean with very comfortable beds, although twin room was a bit small with limited wardrobe space. Useful filtered water machine in the wardrobe for tea/coffee..never seen this before. Breakfast choice was good but scrambled eggs were always bland. Coffee machines provided good coffee. Didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool but did go and see it it and water and area looked nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. Overall positive experience at this hotel.

Average hotel. It was my wife’s birthday the hotel said they would do a surprise in the room but unfortunately nothing. Same with early check in, something which was promised but not provided. Late checkout was given. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. Room service was slow. I was disappointed to say the least as I have stayed in many hotels of this chain with this being the worst especially in Dubai. I would also avoid this hotel if you are celebrating any occasion.

We apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. As I checked with the Team, You came early around 8am however because early check in is subject to availability we couldn't give it. I believe we gave it around 12pm which is still early check in as you know the standard check-in is at 03PM. I also checked that we did the towel decoration in the room. In our hotel, we only do towel decoration and we celebrate the birthday in the restaurant in actual date with the Waffles. I can see that her birthday will be on 28th of January and you already checked out last Jan 25. In regards on our Complimentary Breakfast, Unfortunately we only have limited options mostly hot items are change every day and were doing our best to improve our service in breakfast. Your concern will be shared with the management and we will make sure that we will improve the Guest experience in our hotel. Thank you so much and we hope to see you again next time. The location for this hotel is excellent with the metro station only a 3 min walk, also a mass variety of delicious tasty food places on the door step. However the hotel room aren’t the best to say it’s a Hilton i was really disappointed the room was small, the bathroom had dirty with mouldy tiles, the shower gel and had wash dispensers where broken, the room chair was broken the mattress is super super firm (hard) and the breakfast is a big disappointment for a Hilton! The staff are lovely and very helpful the roof top pool is good and again the location it perfect. Will i stay again? Not if they don’t make changes no! Sorry

It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro trains or about a 15 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel room was nice and the bed was awesome. Breakfast had a great variety of items however the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel com bom custo benefício. Próximo a estação de metrô. Precisa melhorar um pouco os quartos que nos banheiros não tem box. Carpete antigo, então o quarto tem um cheiro de mofo. Mas a cama é confortável, ótimos lençóis de cama e travesseiros.

En general fue una muy buena estancia, el personal es muy amable y el buffet del desayuno muy completo. El único inconveniente fue que no respetaron mi reservación como la solicite, seguramente por la plataforma, pero muy serviciales nos apoyaron a asignarnos una habitación y hacer el cambio cuando estuviera alguna disponible. Tiene una estación del metro cercana.

Great staff, good location in busy Dubai
A nice hotel: not fancy but pleasant and good value although the prices were very high due to the COP28 climate summit (I attended). Very close to the metro and also to some nice small, local restaurants (I enjoyed Dip & Dash, a veg place about a 10-minute walk from the hotel), shops, and pharmacies. Roof deck has good views and the bar stays open very late and had fresh smoothies. But people still smoke at bars in Dubai, and it can be pretty smoky. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. That helped make the hotel memorable and would be a reason to go back. One knock on eco-friendliness is daily towel changes, even if you don't want that, and they hadn't installed water purifiers in all rooms, or my room, and you're strongly urged to NOT drink from the tap, meaning (mostly) bottled water.
