Das Nachfüllen der benutzten Artikel erfolgte nicht. Erst das falsche Zimmer bekommen, wurde aber auf Anfrage korrigiert. Frühstück recht gut, aber Kaffee nachschenken auch mit Wartezeit. Insgesamt okay, aber wir waren das dritte Mal in Dubai und die ersten beiden Hotels waren schöner

Hard to find a competitior for such perfection!
One of the best and most perfect hotels I've ever stayed at. Cleanliness and all room amenities were wonderful. The metro is within good walking distance. We stayed there to visit the Expo. The other Dubai points of interest can easily be reached with the metro or an Uber. Stunning rooftop pool as well. The aspect that surprised me most was that everything was in such good shape and taken care of, although the hotel was opened in 2016 already. No dirt in any place and the furnishings looked fairly new. The room was huge and had a big bathroom with separate shower and bathtube. Highly recommendable!

Bei der Buchung habenich angefragt, ob ich das Zimmer bereits um 8.00 Ihr morgens haben könne. Es hat alles super geklappt. Am 2. Tag musste ich das Zimmer aufgrund von Arbeitennim Zimmer nebenan wechseln. Ich habe sogar kostenfrei ein Upgrade von Executive Suite auf eine Grand Suite bekommeb und ein gratis Abendessen für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! Thank you to the hotel staff and especially the kitchen folks who helped to make this a memorable vacation for us. I don't even know where to start, but I'll try: Firstly, the hotel is very well placed, the station Mashreq can be reached with a very short walk, which is super convenient. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised about the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Everything was explained so well and nicely. The hotel itself is very well equipped with a fitness room, massage parlor and more. When we got to our rooms, we were again amazed by the sheer size of it. It was huge! And absolutely spotless and clean. Also, there was a panel which enabled the control of the whole room, air conditioning, lights, everything. The Do Not Disturb signs are digital, which makes less mess and is easier to be worked with. Some nights the staff even rang our doorbell to ask if we needed something, it was fantastic. But let me tell you about the food: I have seldomly eaten as well as I have here. The breakfast was very grand with enough opportunities for everyone. This is one of the locations where you can blindly pick anything to eat and be sure it will taste fantastic. We even booked the dinner package, where we could eat at the dinner buffet every night, and we looked forward to it everyday. The food was different every single day and very high quality! Some nights even beef filets were served, garpaccio, salmon. It was great!

Gutes modernes Hotel mit Abzügen beim Abendessen
Sehr neues, modernes Hotel. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht, vielleicht ein Fehler. Das Frühstück war gut aber das Abendessen nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich. Gute Qualität aber die Auswahl nicht wirklich groß. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr modern. Multimedia Möglichkeiten am TV inkl Netflix sehr gut. Die Lage ist ok. Die metro ist 5 minuten fußläufig. Die Aussicht am Pool ist toll mit Blick auf den Bursh Al arab. Für Europäer eine kleine Anmerkung, es wird kein Alkohol angeboten. All in all ein gutes Hotel

We had a pleasant stay at the grand cosmopolitan. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The mall of emirates is just 10min away by foot. The room was big and spacious and the restaurant offered various dishes that are unique and delicious. The metro station is only about 3 min walking distance- extremely convenient to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel shuttle was also a plus to go to the beach and the mall.

Hotel has comfortable rooms and great food options for breakfast and dinner. Only downside is we had to take a taxi everywhere. We did find their travel services helpful so we could do more on our short 3 night stay.

Bad front desk ,after flying for 15 hrs they did not have my reservation,I made 2 reservations and could only find 1 even after giving them my confirmation number ,made me wait 1-2 hours trying to find reservation,poor front desk and management

The hotel is nice and up-to-date. The staff is very nice. The rooms are large and spaces. There are great amenities on the property and you are assessable to serve different shopping and eateries nearby.

High quality hotel with kind staff, good interior, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool and so on. It’s in a walking distance from the MRT station. Surrounding area is safe but very local.

Sofia on the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Personalized service from all front office staff. Breakfast buffet had good variety but getting coffee and cappuccino was sometimes a long wait; had to flag down wait staff each time.
