Ein tolles modernes Hotel mit super Lage am Creek. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar sind echt toll. mit einem Megablick auf die Creek und laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Preise an der Bar sind moderat. Das Frühstück ist wirklich toll und europäisch geprägt. Man kann an der Rezeption die Taxis bestellen und für ca. 8€ zur Dubai Mall fahren. Die Metrostation ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Diese nutzten wir zum Besuch der EXPO. Ingesamt ein tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. ;)

Schönes neues Hotel, top Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Sehr schönes neues Hotel direkt am Wasser und an der Promenade. Können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein wenig Luft nach oben besteht noch beim Service am Swimmingpool (kein persönlicher Service am Pool, mussten zum bestellen von Getränken leider selbst hinein an die Bar laufen was mit nasser Badekleidung etwas unangenehm war) und an der Rezeption wo wir leider nicht genug Informationen über Dubai erhalten haben (z.B. genaue Wegbeschreibungen zu diversen Attraktionen). Im Bad wäre mehr Abstellfläche angenehm.

The Canopy by Hilton Al Seef is a clean, sleek, modern hotel. All the staff were so helpful and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There was a really big breakfast spread and the level 7 pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and creek. The hotel is walkable to the historic neighbourhood and some nice restaurants and is also close to the train if you want to head to the Burj Khalifa or the Palm.

The staff is amazing. I lost my cell phone in a taxi. I informed the front desk staff and they retrieved the taxi number through security cam footage. They were nice enough to contact the Taxi company and I got my cell phone back. I forgot his name but he was slim, wears glasses, and is from Bangladesh. He was very helpful as was Busa and the rest of the crew. This might’ve been the best customer service I ever received. The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is perfect. It’s quiet, next to a few embassies and a step or two away you can find yourself on the waterfront. There are many restaurants by the hotel. A few steps further from the waterfront, you can find yourself in the souq where you can buy local spices, perfumes, food, etc… The Burjuman Mall is less than a 10 minute walk away. Beside the mall you can find a lot of Indian affordable eateries and restaurants. Convenience store and Lulu Hypermarket is not too far away neither. It’s not too far from the airport. This place feels like home away from home and the staff definitely make you feel at home.

Not to our expectations
It's an excellent hotel location with a modern new York theme feel to it , lot of cafes and restaurants at the creek few minutes walking distance which excellent from November till April But many issues 1. Non smoking 🚭 hotel rooms which smell like they are smoking 2 the AC wasn't cooling and we suffered all night , 3. We booked with breakfast and they were insisting without though we double checked at checkin and they confirmed it was with 4. It's a hotel on the creek so all the rooms should have a creek view or at least a semi creek view , not block buildings just outside your window

Great Location on the Creek
The Hilton is a new hotel, I found the staff and the room attendants were very attentive, check in was a dream, was not a busy time so very easy to get around and enjoy the amenities especially the pool area and seating on the 7th floor. All I would say the breakfast could be more organized, the coffee machine had issues, but no one seemed to pick up on it, not a great selection for western person, but a small gripe in an overall great trip.

Dubai hotel - excellent
This hotel was in an excellent location. They offer a service of transport to their sister hotel closer to the marina. Room was clean, pool was also very clean. Overall service was awesome. Breakfast was also very delicious. Overall we are very pleased with this hotel and would recommend.
