Inside you will find an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, stocked kitchen & washer/dryer for added convenience. Close to the Draper Mercantile & New River Trail. 60 mins from Blacksburg! MAX occupancy of 6 adults/8 people total. NO PETS.
The space
Quiet residential neighborhood. Our road is a single track dirt road that can be rough/muddy after heavy rains. Please drive slowly. Plan ahead, this home is off the beaten path and grocery shopping prior to your arrival is suggested.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home! We have an electronic key pad and/or combo box for access that we change after each guest. Parking for about 4 cars.
Other things to note
We have new WIFI as of 2022 and it appears to be superior to the last provider. Boat ramp is shared and you cannot launch any motorized watercraft. There are private and public boat ramps nearby and you can also rent a slip at Claytor Lake State Park (call in advance, space is limited). Occasionally, we lose power in a storm and do not have back-up power at this time. However, we do have water bottles, lanterns, grill and propane for cooking, 2 bags of ice and a large cooler.
